1. Manuscript Submission
- All manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s online submission system. Please ensure that the manuscript follows the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines before submitting.
2. Manuscript Types
- The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, case studies, and short communications. Authors are encouraged to submit work that aligns with the journal’s focus on digital transformation in Africa.
3. Formatting Guidelines
- Title Page: Include the title of the manuscript, author names, affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
- Abstract: Provide a concise abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Include 4-6 relevant keywords.
- Main Text: The manuscript should be clearly divided into sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Use subheadings where necessary.
- References: Use [insert preferred citation style] for all references. Ensure all sources cited in the text are included in the reference list.
4. Ethical Considerations
- Plagiarism: The journal uses plagiarism detection software to screen submissions for originality. Plagiarized manuscripts will be rejected, and appropriate actions may be taken as outlined in the journal’s Plagiarism Policy.
- Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence their research.
- Research Ethics: Research involving human participants or animals must follow ethical standards, and authors must confirm approval from relevant ethics committees.
5. Authorship
- All authors must meet the criteria for authorship, which includes significant contributions to the conception, design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation of the research. Any disputes regarding authorship should be resolved before submission.
6. Copyright and Licensing
- Upon acceptance, authors are required to agree to the journal’s copyright and licensing terms. The journal follows an open access policy, meaning that all published content is freely available.
7. Revisions
- After peer review, authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback. Authors are expected to submit the revised manuscript within the specified deadline.
8. Publication Fees
- An Article Processing Charge (APC) of 1500 Rands is payable upon acceptance of the manuscript to cover the cost of publication.
